Lance began his career with Motorola, where he worked in the state and local government sector of the business for 18 years. During that time, he led sales and service in the Southeast region, rebuilding the business sales structure and alignment of resources related to the marketplace. Lance has worked with many partners along the way and developed relationships and business strategies which paved the way for Nashville Communications as we know it today. Nashville Communications, Inc. emerged from Lance’s purchase of Wireless Solutions, Inc. in 2012. Lance is a 1992 graduate of Auburn University and is very active in the Middle Tennessee community, where he volunteers and serves on various boards.
Lance has 3 children, McCain who attends Auburn University, studying Finance. McKenzie is a freshman at Ole Miss and Isabella who is in Middle School in Williamson County Tn.
Vice President, Service Operations
Juan started working at Nashville Communications in 2013 after a career in the United States Marines Corps where he received the Marine Corps Honor Graduate award in 1991. Having worked in the communications business since 1991, Juan is currently certified in MET0301 (MR Engineering Academy), MPT0301 (MR PM Academy), and MPL0301 (MR Project Manager Academy).
A father of five, Juan loves spending family time and watching his children at their various events. He's also a fan of reading, history, politics, and the military, but what really makes his day is when he is able to help someone in need.
Vice President, Business Operations
Christelle is a certified PMP and comes with a wealth of knowledge in the business industry. Prior to leaving her homeland to pursue the American dream, she filled the role of National Head of Insurance for Mercedes Benz, South Africa. Prior to that, she worked for one of the top 5 insurance carriers; as part of a 3 person start-up team, developed a first of its kind distribution channel which resulted in increased sales for the company by an estimated 15%.
Having worn many hats in her career, she enjoys being involved in various areas of the business and ultimately contributing to the success of NashComm.
Christelle and her husband Craig, have 2 sons. Shane still lives in South Africa and owns his own IT company, and Tyronne recently completed his MBA in Data Analytics.
