Employee Spotlight: Nick Bethea
Here at NashComm, our greatest assets are the people that show up every day and proudly wear the NashComm name. We have so much appreciation for our staff and their passion truly shines through their work ethic.
One of the great members of our staff we would like to highlight is our Field Technician, Nick Bethea. We complied some questions for him so we can all get to know him a little better and see why he is such a key member to our team.
Q: Nick, how long have you been with NashComm?
Nick: I’ve been with NashComm for 7 and a half years.
Q: What would you say is your favorite part of the job?
Nick: Customer satisfaction
Q: What you like to do outside of work?
Nick: I like to shoot guns, work on cars, work on computers, and of course work on radio equipment during my spare time.
Q: If you won the lottery what would be the first thing you would do?
Nick: The first thing I would do would be to invest my money and turn it into more money than what I won.
Q: What three words would you use to describe NashComm?
Nick: Fun, fair, and loyal.
Nick is part of our very first employee spotlight for consistently going above and beyond for us, especially during the Music City Grand Prix. Nick came back from vacation just to make sure we had the correct programming for our radios. After thanking him repeatedly for helping he responded with, ‘When you love what you do it isn’t work’. He is our ‘go to’ guy for any programming questions, will tell you anything you want to know about radios, will go wherever is needed to make sure our customers get 100% satisfaction, and has never once complained.
Nick, we are so lucky to have you on our team and we appreciate everything you do for us here at NashComm!
